NORMALZEIT Since 1907

In 1907 by decree of the emperor Franz-Joseph of Austria the now famous city Cube Clocks were mounted on electrical light polls across town. Connected by underground cable and synchronized by one central clock, they displayed the same time in all districts and regulated train and postal schedules from then on and became a true land mark for the citizens. In 2015 a limited edition of one thousand seven hundred wrist watches were produced to honor the revolutionary innovation that took place almost one hundred years ago.
